


It’s not going to be a great week for the newcomers, as those reviews look pretty sad. But check out the numbers for the top holdovers! Even with a -58% hold, $152M for Spidey would be the best 2nd weekend ever (Star Wars: The Force Awakens is the current record holder with $149M). $660M+ after just 10 days is ludicrous, as the SMP’s greatest performances ever are 2022’s Top Gun: Maverick ($692M) and 2024’s Inside Out 2 ($648M). Spidey will crush those totals the following weekend, and could very well hit $800M but the time this pool ends. Absolutely nuts.
